3. 溫肯在職員工：

溫肯在職員工參加應聘的，校齡須滿一年，并請填寫轉崗申請表（點此下載），征得部門負責人及分管校領導同意后提交至人力資源部。在職員工申請轉崗的不需要再參加筆試，但需要與校外應聘者一同參加面試。

三、報名截止時間：2020年4月19日

四、資格審查

1. 應聘者須于2020年7月31日前取得相應的學歷學位證書；畢業于國（境）外高校的，還須在2020年7月31日前取得國外學位和教育部留學服務中心出具的學歷學位認證書。
2. 工作年限計算時間截止到2020年4月19日。在報名系統填寫最近一段在職工作經歷時，結束時間選擇2020年4月19日。
3. 全日制學習期間所有的工作、實習、兼職、項目管理等經歷均不算作工作經驗。
4. 報考人員在資格審查中提交的報考信息和材料應當真實、準確、有效。凡提供虛假信息和材料獲取報考及聘用資格的，或有意隱瞞本人真實情況的，一經查實，即取消報考資格或聘用資格。

五、考核和體檢

1. 本次招聘不設最低開考比例。
2. 考核方式和時間安排將另行通知。
3. 具體考核安排會以短信+郵件的形式通知，請務必確保報名時填寫的手機號碼、郵件地址準確無誤。
4. 體檢參照公務員體檢標準執行。

WKU staff only attend the interview together with the external applicants.

Part 4 Qualification Review

1. All applicants shall obtain the degree before 31st Jul, 2020; overseas graduates shall be required to obtain the diploma and its authentication before 31st Jul, 2020.
2. The deadline of the calculation of working years is 19th. Apr, 2020. If you are on the job, please be aware that the last day of the current working experience should be 19th. Apr, 2020 when filling in the application system.
3. All work, such as part-time jobs, program management experiences, internships and so on happens during full-time study are not considered as working experiences.
4. Please be aware that all the application information and materials shall guarantee their reality, accuracy and validity. Disqualification shall be given to those who have been verified to provide false information, cheating or concealing.

Part 5 Recruitment Evaluation and Physical Exam

1. This recruitment does not set the minimum exam-opening ratio.
2. The timetable and methods of assessment will be announced separately.
